Technological Innovation
The warehouse covers an area of approximately 5000 square meters and is equipped with facilities such as ambient temperature storage, cool storage, and cold storage, catering to various storage requirements. It is fully functional and well-equipped, with proper zoning and labeling, including areas for awaiting inspection, qualified products, non-conforming products, and recalled items. The warehouse is equipped with over 20 transportation vehicles such as forklifts and pallet trucks. Additionally, it is furnished with dehumidifiers, rodent barriers, rats traps, mosquito repellents, fire sprinklers, smoke alarms, infrared surveillance, and other facilities. There are also external unloading platforms and canopies to accommodate different vehicle loading needs. Warehouse accounting is managed using the Kingdee K3 system and UDI management to ensure the accuracy of inbound and outbound inventory.

Donation to A Rural Primary School
Since 2011, Singclean has made a donation to a rural primary school in Beishan, Qingtian county every year. 123 out of 179 students in this school are left-behind children whose parents have to leave for cities struggling to make ends meet. To help them live better lives and have better education condition, we send them books, table lamps, clothes, shoes, suitcases, sporting goods, food, and other items. Many employees even volunteer to help these poor students through the "one help one" program. Just as the Chinese saying goes: "Some fragrance always lingers in the hand that gives roses."
Care for Migrant Workers
Every year when the Chinese New Year is coming, Singclean will prepare a New Year reunion dinner and invite sanitation workers in the district to participate in the grand feasting or provide delicious Spring Festival goods to them. In order to create a beautiful city, many sanitation workers are remaining at their posts during the Spring Festival break. As they contributed so much for keep the city clean, we provided some welfares for them to enjoy the joy of gathering even when they are far away from home.
Giving Back To The Community And Caring For The Elderly
China has the tradition to respect and care for the elderly, and we have a day called "Chong Yang Festival". It is the day for showing respect to the elderly. Every year when the Chong Yang Festival comes, Singclean would bring bottles of cooking oil and bags of rice to the older people who live in the neighborhoods, in Chinese the oil is read as "You" and rice is read as "Me", it symbolizes our wishes of building a friendly relationship with them. The elderly are happy about our coming and always share their life stories with us.
