The Singclean Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) Pregnancy Test Kit (Colloidal Gold) is a rapid, one-step lateral flow immunoassay designed for the qualitative detection of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in urine sample for assisting in early pregnancy diagnosis. The test employs a combination of antibodies, including a monoclonal hCG antibody, to specifically identify elevated hCG levels in urine, enabling self-testing. Test results are indicated by the appearance of colored lines.
Test Procedure
1. Collect urine in a clean, dry cup or container.
2. Remove the test device from the foil pouch and familiarize yourself with its components.

Test Strip: Dip the strip vertically into the urine sample with the arrows pointing downward. Immerse the strip for at least 10–15 seconds without exceeding the maximum line (MAX). After dipping, remove the strip and place it on a non-absorbent, flat surface. Start timing immediately. (See illustration below.)
Test Cassette: Using the provided dropper, add 3 full drops of urine into the specimen well (S) of the cassette. Hold the dropper vertically to avoid air bubbles. Begin timing. (See illustration below.)
Midstream Test: Do not urinate directly onto the result window. Instead, either urinate directly onto the absorbent tip while keeping the result window dry, or collect urine in a clean container and dip only the absorbent tip into the sample for at least 10–15 seconds, ensuring not to exceed the indicated arrow. After dipping, lay the midstream test flat with the result window facing up and start timing.
4. As the test operates, a light-colored flow may be seen across the test line (T) and control line (C) regions. Read the results at 3 minutes. If no colored line appears, wait an additional minute. Positive results may appear in as little as 1 minute depending on the hCG concentration. Do not interpret results after 10 minutes.

The Singclean LH Ovulation Test is a qualitative immunoassay designed to detect elevated levels of luteinizing hormone (LH) in urine at home. LH is a key indicator of ovulation in women, and monitoring its surge helps accurately predict the ovulation period. The test delivers fast results and is simple and convenient to use.
Test Procedure
1. Collect urine samples daily between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM for optimal results. Avoid using the first morning urine after waking up.
2. Limit fluid intake for at least 2 hours before collecting the urine sample.
3. Use a disposable plastic or glass container that is clean, dry, and free of any preservatives to collect fresh urine samples.
4. If immediate testing is not possible, urine samples can be stored at room temperature for up to 4 hours or refrigerated at 2–8°C for up to 12 hours. Do not freeze the samples. For best results, perform the test on the same day of urine collection. If the urine has been refrigerated, allow it to return to room temperature (approximately 30 minutes) before testing.
5. If sediment is present at the bottom of the container, use the clear supernatant from the top for testing.
