Dengue fever is an acute insect-borne infectious disease caused by Dengue virus, mainly transmitted by Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes, endemic in tropical or subtropical regions. Common symptoms include fever, severe headache, eye pain, muscle and joint pain, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, while patients with severe cases may experience severe bleeding and shock, leading to death. If symptoms of dengue fever appear, prompt treatment is needed to prevent the disease from worsening and leading to death. For detection of Dengue, we need Dengue test kit for blood detection, which can accurately test the Dengue virus.
Principle
Singclean Dengue Antigen Rapid Test is designed for the qualitative detection of Dengue virus antigens in human serum, plasma, or whole blood, utilizing immunochromatography combined with the double-antibody sandwich method. In this assay, monoclonal antibodies specific to Dengue virus proteins are immobilized on the nitrocellulose membrane at the test line (T). When a sample containing Dengue virus antigens-at concentrations above the detection limit-is applied, the colloidal gold-labeled monoclonal antibodies bind to the antigens, forming immune complexes. These complexes migrate along the membrane via capillary action and are captured by the immobilized antibodies at the test line, producing a visible red line that indicates a positive result.
If the sample does not contain Dengue antigens or the concentration is below the detection threshold, no red line will appear at the test line, indicating a negative result.
Each test strip also includes a built-in quality control line (C line), which appears as a purple-red band regardless of the presence of Dengue virus antigens. This control line confirms that the test has been performed correctly. If the control line fails to appear, the test result is considered invalid, even if a line is present at the test area.

Allow test cassette, Antigen extraction buffer to equilibrate to room temperature prior to testing.
Carefully open the aluminum foil pouch and remove the test cassette.

Place the test cassette on a horizontal surface. Unscrew the cap of the diluted sample, and slowly add 3 drops (approximately 100 μL) of the pre-treated semen sample into the center of the sample well.

Start timing immediately. The results should be interpreted within 10–15 minutes. Results read after 15 minutes are considered invalid.
Before testing, allow the test cassette and buffer to reach room temperature (15–30°C).

Remove the test cassette from the sealed foil pouch and use it as soon as possible. For best results, perform the test within 60 minutes of opening.

Place the test device on a clean and level surface.
Using the provided dropper, draw the whole blood, serum, or plasma specimen, and add 2 drops of the sample into the sample well (S).
Then immediately add 1 drop of buffer into the same well. Avoid the formation of air bubbles.

Wait for the colored line (C) to appear. The result should be read after 10 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 15 minutes.
