Sperm quality is the key factor to male ferterlity ability. However, unhealthy life style and other factors will also affect sperm quality. Sperm quality can be affected by many factors, including lifestyle, environmental factors, physical health and genetics. The following are the main factors that may cause sperm quality to decline:
